I will always clean up after dogs in my care

I will maintain a high level of security for customers

I will ensure that all dogs under my supervision remain visible and/or on the lead at all times.

I will make sure that dogs under my supervision do not cause disturbances or problems for others

I will make sure dogs are comfortable when returned home, dry them if needed, and promptly inform owners of any welfare concerns

I will always carry a first aid kit specifically for dogs and water will be brought for the dogs

I will use positive reinforcement and knowledge of natural dog behaviour to enhance the actions of the dogs in my care

I will not use any equipment or behaviour that may cause distress or fear to your dog

I will maintain honesty, professionalism, and compassion at all times

I will consistently perform my duties with careful consideration for the health and safety of myself, my client, and the well-being of their dog
